Carmen Electra Playboy Centerfold attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts at only 9 years old Carmens talents were evident. Allready in school, she began taking singing lessons. As early as in her teens she was performing in musicals (as a dancer) and doing her own choreographies. Carmens ambition was to go to L.A. and sign a record deal. Carmen decided to relocate to Minneapolis, where she resided with her sister and made a living as a model for department stores. After 4 years, Carmen moved to Los Angeles, and only one week later ran into Prince, who decided that she should change her name to Carmen Electra. Prince liked Carmen's look and style, and he signed her on to his label, Paisley Park Records, in 1992. Unfortunately, despite all of Prince's efforts in helping Carmen by promoting her new album, Carmen's long dreamed music career failed miserably. Her single "Go-Go Dancer" didn't get any airtime on MTV, and it didn't sell in the stores. Carmen's largest move was posing for Playboy in 1996.
The year after that, she replaced Jenny McCarthy as the new host of MTV's Singled Out. The deal was for 65 episodes but Carmen was not as hot as Jenny McCarthy and the show eventually ended. Instead Carmen starred as the host of Loveline on MTV. In 1997 throughout 1998 she stared as Lani McKenzie on Baywatch Hawaii together with Pamela Anderson. Carmen was the national spokesperson for Budweiser, she featured in a comic book and appeared in the 2000 comedy, Scary Movie. In 1998 she married Dennis Rodman and separated only 9 days later. In 2002, Carmen was featured in Whacked! and Rent Control. She also became a reporter for Comedy Central's BattleBots and the host of Livin' Large. Her next apperance was on Hawaiian Wedding, Uptown Girls and My Boss's Daughter. Carmen Electra then launched the DVD workout series, Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease. When MTV learned that Carmen was going to marry Jane's Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro, they launched Til Death Do Us Part with Carmen & Dave. A reality show about the months of planning leading up to the couple's wedding in 22 November 2003. The show debuted in January 2004. Carmen and Dave got divorced in February 2007.
